Club Raro is there to make your dream wedding come true and invites you to share your special day with them.  In realizing how each person is unique and how very special this day is to you they have produced a range of romantic island wedding packages specially designed to cater for all dreams whether it be a quiet, intimate service with just the two of you or a more traditional Polynesian ceremony shared with your family and friends.  They will also be delighted to accommodate your individual requirements by tailoring the ceremony to suit your needs.   Your wedding co-ordinator will personalize all your arrangements in Rarotonga and will ensure that everything runs smoothly for the big day.  Their aim is to create a wonderful occasion for you both to treasure and look back on with many fond memories in the years to come.

Simply allow yourselves four days before the big day to register in Rarotonga for your marriage license, bring your passport and if previously married, your Decree Nisi.

TIPANI PACKAGE -

Package Includes:  wedding ceremony at their beach Wedding Chapel including a decorated arch of flowers and palms, wedding chapel floral decoration, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to and from the registry office to process your license, tropical flower head ei for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, witnesses, ceremonial planting of the Uto and Minister.

JASMINE PACKAGE -

Package includes: wedding ceremony at their beach wedding chapel at sunset, including a decorated arch of flowers and palms, wedding chapel floral decoration, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to/from the registry office to process your license, tropical flower head ei for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, witnesses, village stringband, ceremonial planting of the Uto and Minister.  An intimate three course dinner on the beach with your own private waiter/waitress, two bottles of bubbly and a serenader during the first course.

TIARE MAORI PACKAGE -

Package includes:  wedding ceremony at their beach wedding chapel including a decorated arch of flowers and palms, wedding chapel floral decoration, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to/from the registry office to process your license, tropical flower head ei and bridal bouquet for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, witnesses, ceremonial planting of the Uto, Minister, local village stringband, serenader, photographer (including 40 photos, negatives and album), special gift from the Cook Islands and a bottle of bubbly.

BIRD OF PARADISE PACKAGE -

Package includes: romantic wedding ceremony on the Isle of Motu Koromini with decorated arch of flowers and palms, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to/from the registry office to process your license, tropical flower head ei and bridal bouquet for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, big day beauty package for bride, transfers to/from the Motu in a glass bottom boat, Minister, witnesses, ceremonial planting of the Uto, local village stringband and drummers, photographer (including 40 photos, negatives and album), special gift from the Cook Islands, one tier wedding cake and two bottles of bubbly.

GARDENIA PACKAGE -

Package includes: wedding ceremony at their beach wedding chapel including a decorated arch of flowers and palm,s wedding chapel floral decoration, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to/from the registry office to process your license, massages for bride ad groom, big day beauty package for the bride, tropical flower head ei and bridal bouquet for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, witnesses, ceremonial planting of the Uto, Minister, local village stringband and drummers.  Bride arrives by traditional canoe or Paata (Royal chair) carried by warriors, photographer (including 40 photos, negatives ad album), special gift from the Cook Islands, two tier wedding cake, two bottles of bubbly and a romantic honeymoon picnic basket with one day rental car hire.

ORCHID PACKAGE -

Package Includes:  wedding ceremony at their beach wedding chapel including a decorated arch of flowers and palms, wedding chapel floral decoration, liaison with your own wedding consultant, marriage license, transfers to/from the registry office to process your license, massages for  bride and groom, deluxe beauty package for the bride, tropical flower head ei and deluxe bridal bouquet for bride, tropical flower neck ei for groom, witnesses, ceremonial planting of the Uto, Minister, bride arrives by Vaka (traditional canoe) or Paata (royal chair) carried by warriors, local village stringband and drummers, mini Polynesian show, photographer (including 80 photos, negatives ad album), videographer with edited video of wedding ceremony, special gift from the Cook islands, platter of fresh fruit, two tier wedding cake, three bottles of bubbly, upgrade to VIP suite for one night (subject to availability) and a romantic honeymoon picnic basket with one day rental car hire.

Early check in from 06:00 - 50% of room rate or late check out and dayroom to 18:00 hrs is 50% of room rate.
