Legal
requirements are simple in that people must be in Rarotonga
or Aitutaki ( if they marry in Aitutaki ) at least 3 clear working
days before the wedding can take place. Documents required are
passport, birth certificates and if either party has been married
before, decree absolute papers. Any certificates not in English
should be accompanied by a legally certified translation. Simple
renewal of vows ceremonies can be performed if required. We do not
conduct fun or non-binding weddings in the Cook Islands.
